Board Structure

Thomas is the Director O&M projects at BWSC A/S. The responsibilities of the O&M department cover all aspects from technical and commercial management of the projects to liaising with owners, lenders, authorities, and other stakeholders as well as sales and negotiation of new O&M contracts. Thomas is a Bachelor of Marine Engineering from Maritime Engineering Academy of CPH, Denmark.

Robert is the Project Director at Anergi. Robert’s expertise lies in the development and financing of power projects in Africa. In 2005, he joined Aldwych International, where he authored templates for project and corporate models and was involved in many projects, notably the acquisition of Kelvin Power in Johannesburg and the developments of the Rabai Power Project and the Lake Turkana Wind Project in Kenya. In his current role at Anergi, having led the Djermaya Solar Project in Chad to financial signing end of 2021, he is focusing on various projects and new business opportunities in both West and Southern Africa. Robert has an MSc in Computational Fluid Dynamics from the French engineering institute ENSEEIHT (National Institute of Engineering in Electro-technology, Electronics, Computer science, Hydraulics and Telecommunications).

Representing industrialization Fund for Developing countries (IFU), Denmark, and Nederlandse Finacciarings – Maatschappij voo ontwikkelingslanden N.V (FMO), Netherlands, Mr. Henrik Henriksen holds a position as Regional Director, East Africa, at IFU – Investment Fund for Developing Countries, Denmark.
